Do I need to register before I can make a purchase?
No, you do not need to register at MotorsportGALLERY.com. Users can check out as a ‘Guest’ but you will need to provide valid shipping and billing addresses (if different).
We recommend that you do register as it makes it easier next time you purchase. It also makes it easy to view your order history and better follow the progress of your order. You will also be eligible to receive updated information, news, and offers.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online only retailer.
Are the products authentic?
Yes, every product we represent on our site is an official licensed product. Each Art Piece arrives with a Certificate of Authenticity and is hand signed by the original artist/photographer.
What is the quality of your frames?
Our frames are made from 100% Solid Wood and are Made in Germany with the highest quality qualifications and unique piece-by-piece inspections. Our current frame options for canvas are Black and White which perfectly suits all of the images we offer from our collections.
Will I need help with the set-up? How do the Art Prints arrive?
All of our Art pieces arrive ready to hang. The mount is pre-assembled on all of the pieces.
Once your photo is delivered to you in its gallery frame made of solid wood, you can hang it up right away. The mounting is pre-assembled on the frame and always included in the price.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Master Card, Visa, American Express as well as PayPal. Google checkout coming soon.
How can I check my order status?

Does MotorsportGALLERY ship internationally?
Of course we do. We have two warehouses; one in the UK and one in the USA to best meet our customers' needs. Please bear in mind that when shipping internationally, duties and taxes expenses are borne by the customer. If for any reason an international order is refused for non-payment of duties, there is a 30% restocking fee on the refund and we are unable to refund shipping charges.
What carriers do you use for shipping?
For US/Americas orders we use both USPS and UPS Ground and Express, with several delivery options. For the UK/Europe, and the Eastern Hemisphere we use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD.
Is my credit card information secure?
Completely. We take security very seriously and it is one of our absolute top priorities here at MotorsportGALLERY. All of your data is SSL encrypted. We do not store or save any of your credit card information on our servers.
